Chick-fil-A is a perfect example of how companies should hire an appropriate amount of employees to handle volume. also how have good help and quality food does not affect being closed on Sunday at all. I think a lot of companies would benefit from mirroring their business model

The one nearby me has a ridiculous drive through line during the lunch rush at around noon, it has its own mini left tube lane on the street and cars actually end up backed that far out. Despite the line having probably around 30-40 cars at times like that, I’ve never in my life spent more than 5 minutes to get through the entire drive through lone.

It's really not effecient at all. It regularly takes me twice as long to get through their line than other places even when there's less cars, god help you if you don't know what you want and can't even begin to look until you're actively dealing with placing your order (compared to places where you can see atleast half the menu while behind another car) and to top it off the employees have to stand out in the rain and cold (nothing like having your order repeated back to you by someone who can barely speak for shivering..) To bring you that lack of effeciency.
